Mobile Access

To enable all employees to use the application, we have introduced a new Mobile Access.

How does the new Mobile Access work?

The new feature allows mobile access without the need for a mobile phone number. The authorization process has been simplified:

Instead of manually passing an activation code, the employee scans a QR code displayed on the screen of the person managing access (e.g., a shift leader, foreman, or system administrator).

Benefits of Implementation

Fast login via QR code is particularly important for organizations that want to involve and engage the entire team in continuous improvement and safety processes, specifically for:

  • Submitting innovative ideas (Quick Kaizen).
  • Providing information about observed workplace risks.
  • Reporting near-miss events (potential accidents).

With the new Mobile Access, the technological barrier is removed. Every employee - regardless of whether they have a company email or phone number - can quickly and easily gain access to the application.
