Action Audit mobile app registration issue
Context
The Action Audit mobile app is available for download from the App Store and Google Play without any restrictions. However, in order to take full advantage of the available features and access company resources, it is necessary to add the user’s mobile phone number to the organization’s database in advance. An user whose phone number is not specified for any organization cannot log in to the mobile app.
Issue
A common issue occurs when employees of an organization, instead of logging into the Action Audit mobile app, register a new account. This may happen because they were not informed about how to access company resources through the mobile app, or their phone number is either not entered in the database or has been entered incorrectly.
While trying to activate the app, employees navigate to the registration form and unknowingly create a new account in the demo system designed for testing. The application gets activated, but such a user’s account is not linked to the company’s resources. Additionally, the demo account is activated for one month, and toward the end of this period, the user starts receiving email notifications about the need to purchase a license.
Solution
A user who is an employee of the company-customer of the Action Plan system should log in to the Action Audit application, instead of registering.
If the employee has registered a new account via the Action Audit mobile application registration form, he should sign out. The sign out option is available in the Action Audit mobile app user’s profile. The user should go to the login form and start logging in by entering his phone number.
If the form for entering the activation code appears on the screen and an SMS message with the code arrives, it means that everything is fine. However, if the user sees the message “Your phone number was not found. Try again or contact your supervisor.”, please contact the person administering the Action Plan system on behalf of the client company to enter or correct the number phone in the database.
A user who is an employee of the company-customer of the Action Audit system should log in to the Action Audit mobile application, not register.
