Private tasks
The Private tasks tab allows users to create their own task lists.

After opening the tab, the following screen is displayed:
It shows all task lists the user has created. They are represented by individual tiles, which display the following information:
- List name
- Date – indicates when the next scheduled task should be completed
- Number of completed tasks vs. total planned tasks
At the top of the screen, there is a magnifying glass button for searching specific tasks, and a double arrow button for sorting the list. Next to these, there is also a settings option accessible via the three-dot button.
At the bottom of the screen, information is displayed about overdue tasks and tasks scheduled for the current day.
New task list
To add a new task list, press the blue plus button in the bottom right corner of the screen. A screen will appear where you need to enter the following:
- List title
- Description – optional
- Display progress bar – allows you to display a bar representing task progress on the list tile
After confirming the creation, a screen will appear for entering all tasks.
Task list view
To enter a task list, tap the tile representing it. The following screen will open:
It includes the following elements:
- Title
- Description
- Show completed – when selected, all completed tasks will also be shown
- Task list – each row represents a separate task
Working with a task list includes several basic functions:
- To mark a task as completed, swipe it to the right. If Show completed is enabled, the task will remain visible with a green check mark. If not, it will be hidden.
- To delete or edit a task, swipe it to the left and choose the appropriate option. While editing, you can set the task to be recurring, assign a due date, or delete it.
Adding a new task
To add a new task, press the green plus icon in the bottom right corner. A blank field will appear where you can enter the task.
After entering text, the following icons will be displayed:
- Green floppy disk – saves the task
- Recurrence icon – allows you to choose how often the task should repeat
- Calendar icon – lets you set a due date
- Red trash bin – deletes the task
