Linking the mobile app with the Action Audit system
To gain full access to your organization’s resources, you must log in using an account that is linked to a user in the browser-based Action Audit system. This allows the mobile app to display assigned audits, action plans, and receive messages.
Worker
The term Worker refers to a mobile app user who can be assigned to a web system user. As a result, the Pulse app displays the same resources assigned to that user in the web interface.
To set this up, follow these steps:
- Create a Worker account
- Assign the Worker to a system User in Action Audit, using the field labeled Worker (Pulse)
Once this setup is complete and the user logs in with the phone number linked to the Worker, the app will be ready to use.
