New Action Audit price list. Much more for a little more.

Following the numerous changes we have introduced to the Action Audit software in the year just ended and the enormous development of new functionalities, we have decided to introduce changes to the price list, which will come into force on January 1, 2024. In accordance with the principle of "much more for little more". "package prices have increased by approximately 20-25% while expanding the functions available in each variant and increasing the available resources.

More space for attachments

The main changes concern the way the disk space limit for attachments is calculated. So far, these levels have been constant and regardless of the number of user accounts. This led to a situation in which customers with a large number of accounts purchased could struggle with a lack of space. It is true that in most cases we did not charge additional fees, but this led to discomfort and the need to apply for an increase in the amount of available disk space. In the new price list, the total limit of available disk space is calculated from the product of the base value (depending on the variant) and the number of user accounts.

The price list includes the following base values for disk space:

• 0.5 GB per user in the STARTER variant
• 1 GB per user in the STANDARD variant
• 2 GB per user in the EXPERT variant

For example, an organization that has purchased access to Action Audit for 30 users in the STANDARD variant has 30 GB of disk space for attachments. Currently the limit was 10 GB.

Higher limits for checklists and audit zones

The limits of checklists and audit zones have also been increased. The changes concern the STARTER and STANDARD variants because in the EXPERT variant these resources are not limited.

In the STARTER variant:

• checklist limit increased from 1 to 2,
• the limit of audit zones remains at the previous level and is 10.

In the STANDARD variant:

• checklist limit increased from 10 to 20,
• the audit zone limit has been increased from 50 to 100.

Quick Kaizen module in the EXPERT package

The Quick Kaizen module has not been associated with Action Audit software so far, but as practice has shown, it can be a great extension of the main audit functions. That's why we decided to include it in the EXPERT warranty.

Thanks to the new module, customers using the highest Action Audit package will be able to collect, evaluate and implement innovative ideas from each team member, regardless of whether that person has an account in the system or not.

Support from artificial intelligence

The best for last. The hottest technology of the past year and probably also in 2024, artificial intelligence, will also be used in our software. Customers using Action Audit in the EXPERT package will be able to use suggestions proposed by artificial intelligence when conducting audits and post-audit activities.

Moreover, by mid-2024, AI functions will also be available to companies subscribing to Action Audit in other variants at no additional charge.

Action Audit license prices in 2024

As mentioned in the introduction, prices in 2024 increased by approximately 20-25% compared to the previous year.

The monthly cost of the STARTER license is $ 10 if you pay for a year in advance or $ 11 if you pay monthly.

The monthly cost of a STANDARD license is $ 14 if you pay for a year in advance or $ 15 if you pay monthly.

The monthly cost of the EXPERT license is $ 20 if you pay for a year in advance or $ 22 if you pay monthly.
