Online and Mobile
Action Audit is a tool consisting of a web platform and a mobile application available on phones with Android and iOS operating systems.
The web platform is accessible via one of the modern web browsers, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Brave, or Edge. Users do not need to install any additional software on their workstations, and they log in by providing their email address and password, making the access process extremely convenient.
The Action Plan Pulse mobile application is available on phones with Android and iOS operating systems and can be downloaded respectively from Google Play and the App Store.
Anyone can download the application to their phone; however, to access the data, the user must authorize themselves with a phone number, which must be defined in the database beforehand. This approach combines ease of access with data security for the organization.
5 Language Versions
Initially, the software was available in 3 language versions: Polish, German, and English. In April 2024, 2 more languages were added: Spanish and Chinese, making Action Audit one of the most user-friendly systems of its kind on the market.
Speaking of language versions, Action Audit goes far beyond translating the user interface. The software allows creating content in multiple languages simultaneously. A prime example is checklists containing questions in multiple languages. This enables people from different parts of the world using different languages to contribute consistent data to the system, from which clear conclusions can be drawn.
Furthermore, the application is equipped with a mechanism for automatically translating audit questions into other languages. This feature allows creating multiple language versions of a checklist based on basic questions within seconds.
Cloud Solution
The system is hosted on the Ruby Logic cloud with servers in data centers managed by one of the leading hosting service providers in the European Union.
Plans for 2024 include launching additional servers in data centers in the United States and Singapore to ensure fast access and short connection times from most countries worldwide.
